Returns
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it. All returned items must be in new unworn condition in original packaging bag(s) with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be paid by you, the customer. Return Process
- Request a prepaid return label: Contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label.
- Prepare your item: Make sure the item is in its original condition, including all packaging, tags and labels.
- Send the item back: Use the prepaid return label to send the item back to us within 48 hours.
Refund Payment Process
When we receive your return, we will check the item to make sure it meets the return conditions. Once it passes the inspection, we will start the refund process. It might take a few business days for the money to appear in your account.
Exchanges & Issues
You have the right to exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve is as quickly as possible. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. Return labels must be paid by you, the customer. Exchange Process
We will send out your replacement product as soon as we receive your return and the proof of shipment. Please ensure you provide us with a clear photo or receipt of your return shipping as evidence. Once verified, we will process the exchange quickly.
